Why & How Objectives: To implement and evaluate uniform indicators to measure the quality of community and primary care for asthma and to compare between practices and across provinces in Canada. To collect standardized and uniform data for benchmarking and monitoring of quality of asthma care between practices and across provinces in Canada. Steps to Develop an Implementation & Evaluation Strategy Nov 2012- Feb 2013: Online discussion forum amongst various groups: clinicians, researchers and stakeholders April 9, 2013: A face-to-face meeting to be held at CRC Aim: To identify provincial-specific needs, barriers, recruitment, engagement, validation and evaluation plans.
