Typical Page structure Menu Content Footer Top level menus are created only by the site administrators. You provide the content An initial footer provided, you may edit it and modified it at your convenience.

PORTAL STRUCTURE for national sites For the 2nd Level Menu it is up to you to decide its items: Use 1 up to 3 columns to add menu items, menus are explained in detail later. Items can be entered directly by the national site editors

Basic VS Information topic Their content will be shared in the EU site. Must be related to the following categories of "Living", "Working" and "Leaving" the country Tagged with one or more topic: http://euraxess.intrasoft-intl.com/my/help/national-site#custom-collapse-0-guidelines It is not compulsory to have pages to cover all topics, use only those that apply to your country. An information page can be tagged with more than one topic (if there is not enough content for several topics and you want to merge them into a single page), or more than one pages can be tagged with the same topic (if there is a lot of content and you want to break it into sub-pages). Predefined images are applied for each topic

Editing pages - Simple Layout Simple pages can be created by copy/pasting text from MS Word or other source. Create a new Information topic page Paste you text from Word Set up the category and topic

Editing pages - Simple Layout Editor tips: Expand the editor to full screen when entering a lot of content. To enter a new line inside a list and not create a new bullet/numbered list, use SHIFT+Enter Use CTRL + Find in editor to find content in long pages. Use the Preview functionality to check your changes before saving. Open external links in a new window (set target to blank) Always use relative URLs when referring to EURAXESS pages

Editing pages – Advanced Layout Create a landing page with tabs You can enhance the look-and-feel of your pages by using the predefined components such as collapsibles, tabs, carousels, images, galleries, etc. From the components page choose the components that fit your needs. Insert an image header using shortcode. Select image size: Picture Stage content Add the “Tab” component to split your page into three sections. News & events Additional information needed by News & Events Categories: Enter the category of your news/event. This category will affect the block that the item will be displayed. Tags: Enter all the tags relevant to your news/event. This will allow users to filter news/events on search pages. Event Image: Attach an image 270x154 pixels. Expiration date: Enter the date when the news/event will be unpublished. Additional information needed for Events only: Location/Venue: Enter the detail information of the location regarding your events Organiser: Enter the detail information of the organiser. Categories: Career news, EURAXESS Worldwide, Funding, Jobs, Partnering (or create your own) Tags: Announcements, Calendar, Call for papers, Calls for proposals, Careers (or create your own)

News & events Publishing options tips: Sticky at top of lists: Check this if you want this news/event to be displayed promptly on the events component Send subscriptions notifications: Check this to notify subscribers of the pages related to this news/event.
