HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP TARAINING FOR POVERTY ALLIVIATION

INTRODUCTION I’m extremely intent to bring to you the innovative opportunities of How Might We better prepare all learners for the needs of tomorrow by reimaging higher education through “High School Youth Entrepreneurship Training for Poverty Alleviation” I’m excited to bring to take you behind the screens and connect me directly to the weight of idea which appeared in the community level.

SEEKING THE WEIGHT OF IDEA TO COMMUNITY LEVEL During my inspiration phase of seeking the weight of this idea from the community level. I draft the introduction letter to Government officer, In the letter I explained the whole plan of this idea. I meet with 2 District Education Officers they satisfied with the idea and put their opinion that the idea is better for preparing students for the needs of tomorrow. Then I meet with school students from Secondary school and introduce the whole plan of this idea.

INTRODUCTION OF THE IDEA TO SCHOOL STUDENTS IDEA :- High School Youth Entrepreneurship Training for Poverty Alleviation DESCRIPTION :- The idea is designed to prepare school students in entrepreneurship for the needs of tomorrow and poverty alleviation. PROBLEM :- Poverty is a risk for children’s poor development and limited education outcomes, lack of the system of prepare young students in entrepreneurship during schools is a one of the major cause contributing to the problem of poverty, students finished their school without the skills that would help them in the later life. The existence of this problem has the effect to children academically, Lack of jobs and money that could make youths to involved in crime. HOW THIS IDEA WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM:- GOAL :- To provide entrepreneurship education, writing a business plan, offer prizes and other skills to winners to successfully start their own projects/Business. POTENTIAL LONG- TERM IMPACT :- Young students are prepared well in entrepreneurship, knowingly preparing business plans, currently they have the skills in commercial and projects, poverty has decreased, the children read and succeed well in education, no young people who is unemployed, we have young people who are doing productive activities and raising the national economy.

BRAINSTORMING I lead the brainstorming session by using these questions What do you think about this idea? How easy do you think it is to start your own business Would you like to start your own project? What kind of project/business would you like to start? Would you be interested in taking training to develop the skills to run your own project? Would you be interested in participating in an after school activity to develop the skills to run your own project?

COMMENTS My name is Maganga Mihambo. I’m a student in form three. The idea is very suitable. Will help me in my future life. I like to start my project someday. I would like to work in shoes making manufacturing. I’m interested in taking training to develop my skills to run my project during schools and an after school. My name is Emmanuel Mhoja. I’m a student in form three. The idea is very suitable. Will help to employ my self, because the employment is very challenge. I would like to start my own project someday. I would like to work in establish gardens of vegetables and fruits, I'm interested in taking training to develop my skills to run my own project during schools and after school. My name is Salvatory Masesa, I’m a student in form Four. The idea is very suitable. It will help me to start my project, The kind of project that I would like to start is Bee keeping, I can do this in our school area, I m interested in taking training to develop the skills to run my project My name is Samaka Maduhu, I’m a student in form Four. The idea is very suitable.
