SCANA CMMS Upgrade History with Champs Joe Tollison Carlos Roberts Worked with Champs for 24 years before becoming a SCANA employee in 2007 In 2007, implemented the Client Server version of CMMS at SCANA Became Supervisor of the IST VCS CMMS Team in 2015 Inventory subject matter expert for the Client Server implementation in 2007 Transitioned to IST to become the CMMS Team Lead Currently a liaison between the customer and the on site Champs team

Upon the completion of Units 2 and 3, there should be approximately 1100 active users on site, with concurrent users totaling 350. SCANA CMMS Upgrade Current Status The CMMS Web Upgrade Project began in January 2012 In October of 2012, SCANA implemented the base modules – Workforce, Help, Administration, along with Condition Reporting and Equipment Our next update is January 23, 2017 to support Units 2 and 3 ITP requirement, which will include the following: Condition Reporting (Upgrade) Equipment (Upgrade) Lockout/Tagout Preventative Maintenance Work Order Along with this update, the following enhancements were delivered: Enhanced Security (Padlocking) Multi-window Functionality (Requirement from Operations) Additional Workflow Functionality

SCANA CMMS Upgrade Future Status In August of 2017, our plan is to implement the remaining modules, and they are as follows: Permits Material Request Inventory/Physical Inventory Receiving Purchase Request Purchase Order Vendor Project Tracking Calibration WMMI With this implementation, SCANA will convert Unit 1 data, therefore housing Units 1,2, and 3 in the same application. Following this update, all Client Server processes will be performed in the web application and Client Server will be retired.
