The teaching point of your case should be the last bullet point. Case Presentation Describe the patient, including age, gender, ethnicity or race, and pertinent social habits or travel. Remember to remain HIPAA compliant by avoiding specific dates of birth and clinical activity. Discussion Describe the main (important) findings of your case related to the teaching point. Consider using a flowchart to display the differential diagnosis (if the diagnostic process was what was significant about the case). Compare and contrast your case with other cases in the literature – how were they similar? How were they different? Conclusions Bullet point your conclusions here.
