Casa Campagna Agriturismo

The agriturismo comprises 14 apartments, each with independent entrance a a private garden. They are all well-equipped and furnished in typical Tuscan style. The property also includes a reception area with offices, cellar and housekeeper’s unit.

The property is easily accessible through the provincial road and the apartments seem to form a small hamlet. The 159 ha of land consists of: 11 ha of vine-yard; 9 ha olive groove, 11 ha nut wood; 23 ha arable land; 97 ha wood and 8 ha pasture. The wine and oil production is at the moment, managed by a third party: the oil production reach 2000 kg a year but it has the potential and condition to be improved to 4000 kg (depending on the season mostly). Red and White Chianti DOCG wines. The property boasts a natural lake for carp fishing and 5,9 ha game preserve. All machinery, garden tools, accessories, furniture are included in the sale.

Location The farm is in an amazing location in the rolling Tuscan Hills just one hour from Pisa international airport and 50 minutes from Florence. In a short time it is also possible to reach the most attractive towns and villages of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Siena.
