Based on a fossil record, we assumed that Somali wild ass and domestic horse diverged 2.0 Ma (Forstén 1992). Numbers below nodes are posterior probabilities, and bold numbers above nodes are the estimated divergence times. The 95% highest posterior density estimates for each clade are represented by bars.
