What do you eat at break time? Is it healthy? Healthy Snacks What do you eat at break time? Is it healthy?

What do you snack on? These are all unhealthy snacks that have been spotted at break times (including lots of crisps) (1 heaped teaspoon of sugar = 5 grams approx.) Jammy dodgers (2 biscuits) 12.8 g Mars bar 54g Club orange 8.9g Twix 2 pack 38g Muffin 4.7g Chocolate brioche 7.1g Jaffa cake (2 biscuits) 13g Chocolate waffle biscuit 10.49g Kellogs squares 9g Fruit and fibre bakes 14g Go ahead backs 9.7g Wildlife choobs 6g

Think about your teeth! Sugar plays a harmful role in tooth decay. The bacteria that form together to become plaque use sugar as a form of energy. They multiply faster and the plaque grows in size and thickness. Some of the bacteria turn the sugar into a kind of glue that they use to stick themselves to the tooth surface. You will not clean your teeth till bedtime.
