Objectives EMMA CGI Does the CGI market system have the capacity to meet the needs of the most vulnerable? What are the constraints in the CGI market system that limit people’s access to sheeting? Which types of market-based responses do potential beneficiaries and vendors prefer?

Methodology Participatory selection of critical market chain with ER cluster (CGI) 2 teams (8 people total) deployed in 8 communes (Cayes, Camp Perrin, Port Salut, Coteaux, Beaumont, Jeremie, Dame Marie, Moron) Oct. 26 to Nov. 2 Sample livelihoods zone and markets (market hubs, secondary markets, final markets) KII vendors (60%), KII and FGD HH (30%), KII local leader (10%) Workshop response analysis option Nov. 3 Preliminary findings circulation Nov. 11 Final report circulation Nov. 20
