Exe Related 2FA Functionality

Overview This feature has been set up as a 2 level security check. It serves as an added security measure. Q& A -2FA will be live from April 1,2012. The first time login involves selection of a secure access image and 5 authentication questions out of the options provided which is a one time set up only. This is applicable for logging in from our website and from the exe software . Incase a client forgets the Q&A , he can contact customer care for resetting the same. The subsequent slides will highlight the steps for setting up the same.

Initial Login Enter the Login id i.e. the Client code , select ‘Go’ Enter the password and select ‘Login ‘ AP187

Selecting a Secure Access Image Check mark a secure access image and select ‘Save’ Note: This is a one time set up and the image chosen here would available for a direct selection at the time of second validation implying a connection to our trading platform .

5 Authentication Questions Any 5 authentication questions to be answered Note: Out of the 20 questions featuring on this page, any 5 need to be answered, out of which any 2 will feature at the time of second validation.

Modifying Authentication Questions To change the authentication questions , select ‘File’ and then ‘Change 2F A Questions’

Secure Access Image AP187 Enter the login id ,select go , enter the password , check mark the secure access image and select login
