Monday. Breakfast: fruit, yogurt, pure orange. Lunch: salad, milk. Dinner: lasagne , water.
Tuesday. Breakfast: omelette egg , pure orange. Lunch: fruit salad, apple juice. Dinner: pasta and tomatoes, water.
Wednesday. Breakfast: cereal , pure orange. Lunch: sandwich, water. Dinner: chicken, and water .
Thursday. Breakfast: scrambled egg and toast with tea. Lunch: ham and cheese toasty with water. Dinner: your Decision.
Friday. Breakfast: tea and toast. Lunch: semolina and milk . Dinner: pasta and tomato sauce orange juice.
Saturday. Breakfast: egg and toast water . Lunch: sandwich water. Dinner. Chicken. Water
Sunday. Breakfast: cereal and apple juice. Lunch: soup and water . Dinner: roast dinner and milk .
