We have a completely paperless billing system and do not mail paper statements. Florida Prepaid For Students registered in Florida’s Prepaid College program, we use student social security numbers to automatically bill students that have credits remaining in their prepaid accounts. Florida Prepaid does not cover: tuition deposit, meal plans, e-Learning fee, technology fee, Transportation Access fee, Orientation fee, Owl Card, Lecture Capture/Video Stream fee, materials fee, Late fee, Repeat Course Surcharge, etc. You will receive an email when your Florida Prepaid account has been billed. Tuition & Billing will bill Prepaid the next day after the drop/add date. If you do not wish to use your prepaid credits submit a “Request For Change In Billing Of Florida Prepaid” form which can be found under Student Forms on the Tuition & Billing Services webpage.

Payment Plans Methods of Payment Several payment plans are available for Fall & Spring term, which can be viewed and enrolled into online through the student’s MyFAU account You must initiate payment for each installment, the payment will not be drafted automatically Payment plans are not available for the Summer term Methods of Payment Online Payment is the quickest and preferred method of payment. Payment may be made by: Web Check using your checking or savings account with no additional fee Credit Card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover By Check or Money Order Drop Box Located in Student Support Services Building (SU80). Mail Directly to FAU Third Party Billing If an outside entity is paying FAU directly for a portion or all of your tuition & fees. Wire Transfer Email webcontroller@fau.edu for further instructions
