Study Guide of the Great Depression Me (Moises Nunez)

Weaknesses One of the big weaknesses of the great depression were the stock market failing. And the banks being all out of money. Another was that people had no money so they couldn’t pay taxes or rent or even for food or a place to sleep Behind that people were starving in the streets and many people blamed Hoover for that reason that no one was being helped.

More weaknesses It was just a chain of destruction People had o money Jobs failed Other countries came into depression as well Veterans wanted their retirement payment early Hoover was still hidden In his office

Strengths Roosevelt became president Roosevelt put out minimum wage jobs He made sure to bring the stock market back on top and get the whole system to work again They gained money when WWII started

Question What were the strength and weaknesses of Roosevelt's New Deal Act?
