Welcome to P.E. Let’s get warmed up!

Walk or Jog Let’s get our muscles warm-up to keep us safe from injuries! Please start walking or jogging clock wise around the gym.

Jumping Jacks Let’s do 25 jumping jacks to get that blood pumping to continue warming up the muscle.

Stretch Your Upper Body Push your elbow down – both sides. Pull arm in front – both sides. Grab arms in back and pull. Take your time and really stretch.

Stretch your Legs! Touch your toes. Touch your toes crossing your legs, then switch legs. Grab your ankle and lift your foot to your seat end – switch sides.

Strengthen Have your partner count to fifty and see how many sit-ups you can do while they count. Switch with your partner. Hold the push-up position while your partner counts to 30. Switch with your partner

Sit Down and Be Ready to Listen Good Job – Do you Feel warmed up? Once every one is sitting and looking at me, I will know that it is time to get into our next activity.
