How To Get an A Dress out Everyday ( The right way!!) Participate Everyday!!!

Dressing Out No Tank Tops No Short Shorts Must wear Tennis Shoes( No boots, no Toms, and No Sperry's)

Why do we Dress Out Students are required to have their own PE uniform and dress out each day. In the colder months, they may wear additional clothing as required to keep them comfortable. When we dress out, it shows responsibility on our part, that we have the necessary attire for any type of activity. We are prepared for class with safe clothing and footwear, and are ready for action.

Why do we Dress Out? It’s also a large part of our grade. Being prepared is essential to getting a top grade in PE. If we are not prepared, it slows things down and if you don’t dress out, those points are gone forever. They cannot be recovered.

What is Physical Education? Physical Education is defined as “education through movement”. Physical Education is designed to help you learn to maintain an health active lifestyle.

Brief History of Physical Education From the late 1700s to the mid-1800s Germany, Sweden, and England - influenced the early development of physical education in the United States. The 1800s were an important time for the inclusion of physical education in schools across America. The Round Hill School, a private school established in 1823 in Massachusetts, was the first to include physical education as an integral part of the curriculum.

Brief History of Physical Education physical education was not offered in the public schools until 1855, when Cincinnati, Ohio, became the first city school system to offer this type of program to children.
