Extruder Temperature Guide LUTENE-H® BE0350 High Density Polyolefin Processing information LUTENE-H BE0350 was developed for extrusion blow molding. From 20 to 25 in L/D ratio are suitable for processing. Depending on screw configuration, the cylinders are set to temperatures between 160 and 200℃. The melt temperature can range between 180 and 200℃. The ideal mold temperature should be between 5 and 40℃. Extruder Temperature Guide Heating zone Min(℃) Ideal(℃) Max(℃) Cylinder Feeding zone 160 165 185 Compression Zone 175 180 195 Metering Zone 190 200 Adapter Head Die 170 Melt Temperature Storage and handling Recommendations LUTENE-H BE0350 is available in free-flowing pelletized form designed for use in conventional polymer fabrication systems. BE0350 should be stored in dry condition at temperature below 50℃ and protected from UV-light radiation. Storage under inappropriate conditions could initiate degradation, which results in negative influence on the processability and the properties of the transformed product.
