change has happened Things were, “formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters” (Gen 1:2a) – before God changed them God told Abram, “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you . . . all peoples on earth will be blessed through you” (Gen 12:2,3b) = big change

Change will happen But the world HAS, IS & WILL God doesn’t change “For I the Lord do not change” (Mal 3:6a) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (Heb 13:8) But the world HAS, IS & WILL Change is inevitable, we can deny it, ignore it, fight it or embrace it.

What will the next 10 years look Like? A church of 150+ members and 300 attendees with the same culture as now, but more developed and mature. Spiritual growth through study and application Being part of and active in the community
What has to happen to be like that? Full time Senior Pastor and 2 Part time associates. Full time administrator More small groups, prayer ministry Active program to develop leadership Regular baptisms Build links into Mayfield community Change our name to reflect who we are?
