8TH GRADE TRIP: BUSCH GARDENS Payment $100 Total Payment (Transportation, T-Shirt, and Park Admission) $50 Deposit Due Dec. 13, 2013 Balance of $50 Due on FEB. 28, 2014 All Payments are Non-Refundable

8TH GRADE TRIP: BUSCH GARDENS Dress Code: Field Trip Shirt (must be worn before and during park) Jeans or shorts (must be appropriate length) If bathing suit is worn, must be under t-shirt School appropriate clothing if changing on bus after exiting park

8TH GRADE DINNER/DANCE ($40 DUE APRIL 4, 2014) Dress Code – Ladies Dresses must cover: Shoulders Back Stomach Cleavage Dress should be comfortable enough to sit, stand, and dance Dress Code – Gentlemen Must wear pants (no jeans) Must wear long sleeve shirt Must wear a tie Formal shoes (no sneakers)
