Goryeo’s currency. In Korea, actual evidence of money was found since Goryeo Dynasty.

-kun won jung bo, dong kuktong bo, hae dong tong bo etc.. Goryeo’s cueency -Shape of coin -kun won jung bo, dong kuktong bo, hae dong tong bo etc..

Goryeo’s cueency People in Goryeo used money actively and there were various types of money in Goryeo Dynasty.

Joseon’s currency. '저화'is used the late Goryeo dynasty that was used the eariy Joseon dynasty '저화' has a lot of problem. So, 저화is gatting value fall. Eventually, '저화' is disppeared in the mid Joseon 저화

Joseon’s curreny In Joseon issued '조선통보' in 5years of king Sejong(A.D.1423) '조선통보'is the first Joseon's currency. But the '조선통보' was not well used in joseon In 11years of king Injo(A.D.1633) '상평통보' issed. 조선통보 상평통보

Joseon’s curreny In 2years of king Hyojong(A.D.1652) issued '십전통보' During the Joseon dynasty, for several currency was issued. But '상평통보' is the most commonly used during the Joseon dynasty. 십전통보

Mordern currency. This coin called ‘Daknnang Silver coin’. In 1892, Japan wanted to carry pro-war raw materials easily so they made ‘conversation place’ moved to Incheon. Also, a Japanese who worked in there made 5 coins and ‘Daknnang silver coin’ was one of them. A rose of sharon was on it.

Korea made lots of coins in ‘mordern age’. Mordern currency Korea made lots of coins in ‘mordern age’.

This place is ‘Japanese jail bank’ and they made lots of paper money. Mordern currency This place is ‘Japanese jail bank’ and they made lots of paper money.

Mordern currency This paper money were made by Japanese between 1908 and 1909 and Japanese added Korean materials in them. In new paper money, they added white money. ‘Taekuk decoration’ and ‘leewha decoration’ were on 1won paper money. Also, ‘leewha deoration’ was on 5won paper money. In addition, ‘Taekuk decoration’ and ‘Cherry blossom’ were on 10won paper money.
