Our concern is the lack of communication between staff and students. Express your concern in a clear statement.

It is important for Student Government Association (SGA) to address this challenge because we want to decrease misunderstandings and tension between students and staff.

Our solution is to host a center-wide picnic for students, staff, and alumni celebrating Job Corps 50th Anniversary. List your solutions here. We will know we have accomplished our goal when we see a decrease in student complaints and an increase in student morale.

In conclusion we want to improve relationships and communication between students and staff. Our goal is to host a picnic celebrating Job Corps 50th anniversary. We will invite people from Potomac Job Corps Alumni Association to participate in team building activities with students and staff. Our goal will be accomplished when we see a decrease in student complaints against staff and increase in center morale.
