Summary of Enhancements The purpose of the project is to provide Ingenix clients with a quick and accurate method to search for provider reports. Summary of Enhancements: The Robust Search Engine will replace the existing Message Center user interface New user interface screens: Daily Reports and Advanced Claim Search Report data will now be retained for twelve months instead of seven Reports include Provider Announcements, Level 1, Claim Status (including Level 2 and Payer reports) and Summary in a new PDF format Reports can no longer be manually deleted through the user interface

Message Center Access The existing Message Center tab will access the Robust Search Engine

Enhanced: New Message Center Daily Reports - NEW! Accessed from the existing Message Center Tab The select list allows for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or All. Selecting a date will display the specific Report Name, Date/Load Time, and Read flag of all reports contained in that load. The Date column displays the date of the load and the number of read and unread reports. To view the number of read reports, ‘Show only unread’ must be unchecked. Each report can be viewed in .pdf format either separately or combined by selecting the checkbox to the left of the report name then clicking on the View Report button. Selecting the All checkbox will check all reports.

Enhanced: New Message Center Advanced Claim Search - NEW! The select list allows for 30 days, 60 days or 90 days. The Last Name, First Name and Account fields can be searched using all or partial of the last name, first name or account. Each claim can be viewed in .pdf format either separately or combined by selecting the checkbox to the left of the claim then clicking on the View Report button. Selecting the All checkbox will check all claims listed. Selecting the Status link will display the status of the claim at the bottom of the page under Status. Selecting the Report Date link will direct the user to the Daily Reports tab and display the reports for that specific date.

Enhanced: New Message Center Provider Announcement – NEW FORMAT! The following is covered in this announcement: 01/12/2009 09:50 AM Ingenix closed January 19, 2009 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day Ingenix will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2009 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. ENS/Ingenix will continue to accept claim files but they will not be processed to the payers until Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Service tickets may be opened online and will be worked in the order received when we return on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.
