School Journey 6th March 2017 Osmington Bay School Journey 6th March 2017

Osmington Bay Situated right by the sea just outside Weymouth, in the heart of Dorset's World Heritage site - 'The Jurassic Coast’ . The centre is set in 45 acres of grounds with its own private beach and stunning views of Weymouth, Portland and Chesil Beach. This is one of PGL’s biggest centres with great facilities and more activities than you can count!

Accommodation Accommodation is in comfortable 4 bed chalets, all with en-suite bathrooms. The chalets have a fantastic position on the side of the hill and many have amazing views of the sea and coastline. Children will be expected to make their own beds – from scratch! Keep the chalets tidy and organised To organise themselves as a group to look after the key

Types of Activities Abseiling Aeroball Archery Climbing Giant Swing Jacob's Ladder Street Surf Orienteering Trapeze Zip Wire Mountain Biking Problem Solving Quad Biking First Aid

Taking part Children flourish in new surroundings with new challenges! By extending them socially, physically and mentally, a Multi-Activity course gives them far more than simply academic achievement by which to measure themselves. Mornings and afternoons are each split into two sessions so that children can experience up to four different outdoor activities each day. The ethos is built on 'Challenge by Choice' - children are never pushed beyond their comfort zone, however PGL’s fully trained instructors have proven success in nurturing and supporting even the most apprehensive child.
