What is Conflict? The dictionary definition for conflict states : a competitive or opposing action of incompatibles: antagonistic state of action (as if divergent ideas, interests or persons) Types of conflict Lack of or miscommunication Generational Personalities, Values or Standards Inflexibility Positional Constructive conflict Conflict Resolution

Lack of or Miscommunication and Generational Conflict Almost all conflicts involve communication problems, as both a cause and an effect. (Kapadia p2) All conflicts are unique. Conflicts between generations usually involve differences in core values and life experiences. Four Elements Safaris 2013
