Support to Find Post-Secondary Pathways www.postsecondaryispossible.com Never believe that a post-secondary education is not an option for you!! Transfer Options ONTransfer.ca is a service provided by the Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer (ONCAT) to connect current and prospective students to transfer opportunities. College to University: Often the completion of a two-year diploma, with marks over 70%, will allow you to transfer into the second year of a comparable university program. University to College: Many students with either a degree or some university experience will apply for a diploma or graduate certificate to enhance their credentials.

Students with an IEP/IPRC Universities or Colleges are not aware if you have an IEP/IPRC and received accommodations during secondary school. If you would like to continue to access the supports you have received once you move to post-secondary studies, you must ‘self-identify’ with the appropriate people at the college or university you plan to study at. Your special education teacher or guidance counsellor can help you find that information or find it online at www.transitionresourceguide.ca . This should be done once you accept an offer – don’t wait until school starts in September. There are also financial supports available for students with special academic needs. Information is available at www.disabilityawards.ca .
