Open House or Parent Night Slide Show These slides are provided to school librarians, administrators, and teachers to run as a continuous loop presentation during parent events such as open house.

Run these slides in a continuous loop show Delete the first 3 intro slides. Delete any other slides that don’t apply to your school. Orange slides—General info for everyone Blue slides—Beginning Reader info for young students Red slides—Research info for older students Save the new file. Click Slide Show > From Beginning. Press Esc to end the slide show.

Find Handouts for Parents at www.infohio.org/educator-tools Do a search for the word parents Click the yellow check mark next to Promotional Materials to find: Early literacy flyers and videos What Is INFOhio?, a longer presentation for parents with presenter notes. Flyers, labels, or bookmarks to customize with your school’s INFOhio username and password. Print on magnetic paper (find it at business supply stores) and give away to keep on the home refrigerator.

Click them to get a list of resources specially chosen for those grades.

Only Ohio students have free access to INFOhio resources.

If you are not logged in, the page looks like this.

When you click the Login button, you are prompted to log in.

Enter the INFOhio username and password here to log in.

Don’t know the password? Click here.

Then fill in these blanks and click Get Password.

The username and password will appear on the screen.
