GSA Pricing

Enabling the GSA pricing schedule GSA pricing is displayed as an additional destination option from the Start Tab of a new configuration: Only Authorized Selling Agents are entitled to quote GSA pricing.

Viewing GSA Pricing (Results Tab) After configuring a solution, the Results Tab displays GSA pricing as both a Buy and Sell price:

Generating the GSA Sales Order Report … The Sales Order Report can be accessed from the Partner section of Proposals & Reports:

NJPA Pricing

Uploading an NJPA discounts file template… The Project section of the Quote Tab displays a button for file upload. The file contains pre-set customer discounts for NJPA pricing. Click here to upload the discounts template The source template can be found at URL: http://portal.mitel.com/mpt/user/NJPA_Discounts.xls

Uploading an NJPA discounts file template… A warning may display regarding overrides. Click on OK to acknowledge it. Click on the Choose File button… Click here to select a file for upload

Uploading an NJPA discounts file template… In the file selection dialog, browse to the location of the discounts template file, select it and click on Open to import. A verification dialog displays a summary of the data being imported. Click on Execute import to complete the upload process. Click here to import.

Click here to display discounts Click on the Discounts button to display a summary: A permanent template can be uploaded for use in all new NJPA configurations. Contact your CPQ Administrator for assistance.

Generating the Customer L.I. Detail Report… The NJPA Parts Report (special version of the Customer Line Item Detail Report) can be accessed from the Customer section of Proposals & Reports: Click here to generate this report.

Accessing the GA Leasing Payment Calculator The payment calculator can be accessed from the Reports section of Proposals & Reports: You must enter a valid GA Leasing ID (as obtained from GAL) before retrieving rate cards: Enter your GA leasing ID here.

Retrieving a leasing rate quotation… Once the mandatory information has been entered, you are ready to retrieve rate cards from the GAL site, select leasing options and obtain a quote: Total Sell Price of your CPQ configuration Click here to retrieve rate cards Available leasing selections will appear here Click here to obtain a leasing quote

… Retrieving a leasing rate quotation A PDF document downloads, containing your leasing quotation: Depending on browser type, the PDF file will either download only or you will be prompted to open/save the file.

GA Leasing Support Process All leasing information is retrieved directly from the GAL site. All inquiries regarding your GA Leasing ID, rate selections, rate quotations or leasing terms and conditions should be directed to GA Leasing. Technical problems or other general inquiries as to Proposals & Reports handling of quote retrievals should be directed to Mitel Connect support (“Contact” link on Connect Home Page). Ensure that your GA Leasing ID is valid before attempting to retrieve a quotation. This is the most common problem source.
