Method of Approach Each One, Reach One ,Teach One Adult Literacy Center
Each one, Teach one, Reach One School students of classes 6 to 12 will be used as volunteers to teach adult non-literates Every day for 30 / 45 minutes a child will teach the adult person Each book needs to be completed within 4 weeks After completion the adult will appear for exam to get a certificate from NIOS / Rotary
Adult Literacy Center Select Venue near a slum/ basti/ village/ locality free of cost or at a nominal cost. Identify adult illiterates through a survey and counsel them to come to the center. Maximum of 30 adult to enroll in one center for a minimum of 3 month period
Adult Literacy Center Use available primer and provide other teaching material to the adult learners. Trained volunteer teachers prepare the learner to NIOS/ Rotary conducted examination to certify the adult non-literate as literate
Tool kit Book – 1 regarding basic language skills Book – 2 regarding primary language skills Book – 3 regarding number skills A pre-test sheet: for assessment of the adult learner A post-test sheet: to measure the development of the learner A sample question paper: to prepare the learner for exam( NIOS / Rotary)

Process Skill Development RLM is in the process of empanelling skill development agencies. Govt. Schemes- Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana will also be leveraged. RLM will support identification and sponsoring of adults’ training in different job roles.
