Pricing Manager Assign Pricing Manager Pricing Menu Select User from List Reassign Manager Save Selection Pricing Manager At least one employee will be assigned the Customer Manager role This employee assigns the Pricing Manager role to any of the application users within the company To access the Assign Pricing Manager functionality, mouse over the Pricing menu option and select Assign Pricing Manager Application opens and displays the Assign Pricing Manager page Click the drop-down control to display a list of users Use the scroll function to locate and then select the user If the checkbox is grayed out, a Pricing Manager is already assigned to that account Reassign Pricing Manager Place the mouse over the information in the Partner Name field and right-click Notice that the checkbox becomes enabled Click the checkbox and then click Save Selections Selected user is now assigned as the Pricing Manager for that account Page 3 3

Net Price Settings Establish Settings Pricing Menu Net Price Settings Edit Settings Save Changes Edit Settings and Pricing Profile Pricing Manager and Customer Manager can edit The Pricing Profile is accessed via the Pricing Menu and the Net Price Settings option Pricing Profile page is displayed The Pricing Profile includes settings for Special Price Agreements and rebates pricing Can establish the current settings as well as future settings Edit Function Click the Edit button Drop-down controls become enabled to establish settings when the changes will be received, selecting the file type to be received, and selecting how the changes will be displayed. As an example, look at the current SPA Pricing a three step process Step 1 determines when the pricing changes will be available Step 2 establishes the file format for the pricing profile Step 3 establishes how the pricing will be displayed After you have established the pricing profile for current and future pricing, click Save Changes Page 4 4
