SX1 manipulation VERSION 1 Version 16.5.2017 nSW transportation SX1 manipulation VERSION 1 Version 16.5.2017

DRIVE INTO THE SX1 AND MOVE THE nSW TO THE END OF THE TRAILER

Drive in the SX1 (trailer height: min 860 mm)

Lift up the trailer (height: min 960 mm, max 1400 mm)

Put the blocks (800 + 150 = 950 mm height) under the beams

Lower the trailer to the height of 860 mm

Move the trailer by 2500 mm

Lift up the trailer (height: min 960 mm, max 1400 mm)

Remove the blocks (800 + 150 = 950 mm height) under the beams

Move the trailer (height min 860 mm) with nSW over the trench

Lift up the trailer, put the blocks (950 mm) Lift up the trailer, put the blocks (950 mm) under the beams and lower the trailer to 860 mm Lift up the trailer, put the blocks (950 mm) under the beams and lower the trailer to 860 mm

Lower the trailer to 860 mm

Drive the trailer away (height 860 mm)

Place the blocks under the jacks (400 mm height) Block 800x400x400 Concrete 320 kg Steel 1000 kg Wood 100 kg These blocks are not accessible by forklift or mobilev Manipulation: more plates (steel, wood, concrete)

Lift up the resting frame with nSW to remove the 950 mm blocks Jack stroke max 1300 mm

Lower the frame with nSW, remove blocks under the jacks

Lift up the transport (resting) frame to place the trolleys under the beams The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Remove the cross beams, forklift or mobileve The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks One crossbeam is 205 kg The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Remove the cross beams, forklift or mobileve The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks One crossbeam is 205 kg The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Remove the bridge beams The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks Lift up the frame One bridge beam is 5600 kg The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Remove the bridge beams The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Lift up the frame (maximum stroke 1300mm) This step can be simplified by using wooden blocks in the trench that can be moved by hands (approx. 10 kg). The concrete block on the sides of the trench can be prepared before the manipulation. There is no need to lift up the frame.

Remove concrete blocks, place the 800x400x200 on the side This step can be simplified by using wooden blocks in the trench that can be moved by hands (approx. 10 kg). The concrete block on the sides of the trench can be prepared before the manipulation. There is no need to lift up the frame. Use wooden blocks for simple removing Use concrete block on sides Weight of one block??? (800x800x200mm) Concrete block: 315 kg Wooden 800x800x100: 64 kg

Remove concrete blocks, place the 800x400x200 on the side This step can be simplified by using wooden blocks in the trench that can be moved by hands (approx. 10 kg). The concrete block on the sides of the trench can be prepared before the manipulation. There is no need to lift up the frame. Weight of one block??? (800x800x200mm) Concrete block: 315 kg

Remove concrete blocks, place the 800x400x200 on the side This step can be simplified by using wooden blocks in the trench that can be moved by hands (approx. 10 kg). The concrete block on the sides of the trench can be prepared before the manipulation. There is no need to lift up the frame. Extension of the forks

Lower the frame (1280 mm) and place the rollers on the support frame The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks If the guiding profiles for the rollers are used, then they should to be already prepared (in which step????). The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Move the 140t crane with the lifting tool The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks Clearance 52 mm The weight of the frame and nSW is on the jacks

Attach the lifting tool to the nSW, remove the sling Hook height: 9325 mm Hook height: 9325 mm

Lift up the nSW to unlock Hook height: 9462 mm Hook height: 9462 mm (limit, double check)

Move nSW horizontally (???350 mm – see general note) Hook height: 9462 mm Hook height: 9462 mm (limit, double check)

Lift up the nSW and horizontal move Hook height: 9325 mm Hook height: 9462 mm (limit, double check) 350 mm See general note

Remove beams on the resting (transport) frame Hook height: 9462 mm

Move the resting frame Hook height: 9462 mm

Move the resting frame Use the guiding for the rollers??? Hook height: 9462 mm Use the guiding for the rollers??? e.g. fixed U profile Or reinforcement of the resting frame

Move the resting frame Hook height: 9462 mm

Rotate the nSW and put airpads (in SX1 or in cavern Rotate the nSW and put airpads (in SX1 or in cavern??? – see general note) Hook height: 9462 mm Airpads are installed in cavern

Move the nSW to make space for the 20T crane Hook height: 9462 mm

Replace the concrete blocks and fence Hook height: 9462 mm

Move the nSW into the cavern Hook height: 9462 mm
