Current residential charges are: System Development Charge: $2,030 Covers investment into system, amount of capacity needed Sewer Connection Fee is NOT charged. Part of contract. Homeowner must make connection from home to clean out. You can use a private plumber or do it yourself (if requirements are met). For sewer, the initial financing payment is $203.00 $203.00 for 10% of total financing for the sewer System Development Charge ($2,030) Your bi-monthly loan payment would equal $46.34 ($23.17 a month) You have the option to pay more initially, more per month, and/or pre-pay the full amount of the financing without penalty Financing Options
