Stella’s Place Partnering with young adults* to create community-based mental health care that is: Peer Driven Comprehensive Accessible * aged 16 - 29 years Comprehensive: Young adult specific support through clinical services, peer programming, fitness, art, community, school/employment support, and much more Accessible: Café, bean bag chat to remove financial barriers Peer-driven: Robust co-design & peer support
