Timelines April 30, 2014 – First DY3 Reporting opportunity, or DY2 Carry Forward reporting, if any. Semi-Annual Progress Reports will also be due from providers. In response, HHSC will approve or request NMI by early June 2014. May 16, 2014 – Due date for IGT entities to notify HHSC of any issues with affiliated providers’ reports. July 9, 2014 (Est.) – IGT due date for approved April achievement. This will also include request for additional IGT for HHSC monitoring fee July 31, 2014 – Estimated payment date for April achievement July 2014 – Plan Modifications for DY4-5. September 9-10, 2014 (tentative) – Dates for annual statewide learning collaborative in Austin.
