The band Bon Jovi was confirmed in 1982. The band consists of 5 musicians : Jon Bon Jovi –vocal, the guitar, Richie Sambora –the guitar, David Bryan – the piano, Tico Torres – the drums, Alec John – bass guitar.

Their first hit was the song “Runaway”. After this song they became more popular. They signed the contract with Mercury Records Studio and in 1984 Bon Jovi released their first album

In 1985 –the band release a new album “7800 Fahrenheit”. This was the most unlucky album. But the next album “Slippery When Wet” brought them fame. The next album was released in 1988.

In the end of 1988 the band started the world tour for one year. They gave 227 concerts. At the end of their tour (in June) they gave the magic show concert in New York. And a bit later, in August, they came to USSR, to Moscow for international world festival.During 2 days they gave concerts with the bands “Scorpions’, Ozzy Osborn and Gorky Park.

Then Bon Jovi Released another albums: In 1990 – solo album; 1992 –the album “Keep the faith”; 1994 – the album “Crossroads”; (the single Always –became very popular) REWARDS and PRIZES They got 6 MTV Video Music Awards in 1988; 1990 – Silver Clef Awards (the prize for their charity; 1991 – MTV Music Awards; 1995-1996 – MTV Europe Awards 2004 – American Music Awards 2006 –they were included in the Hall of Music Fame 2009 in the Hall of Composer Fame In 1995 – the band became mega popular and the most saleable. From 1996 till 2000 – the band kept silence. In 2000 they came back with the song “It’s my life”

Bon Jovi played more than 2600 concerts in 50 countries. From 2001 Bon Jovi gave concerts all over the world. They released new songs , which became hits: - Have a nice day - Who says you can’t go home - Welcome to whatever you are and so on. Due to non-official facts they got 2 million $ for every concert in their tour in America in 2006. Bon Jovi sold more than 130 millions albums all over the world during 13 years. The latest album “Burning Bridges”was released in August 2015 Bon Jovi played more than 2600 concerts in 50 countries. It is still very famous band in America
