Volunteer Action Team 2013 GOALS: Establish volunteer award structure Solicit volunteer feedback and check-in phone calls Create teacher welcome letter Report volunteer data by grade and region RESULTS: Award structure has been created. The awards will be announced at the Hall of Fame event in November. Feedback is being received. Overall positive feedback with some areas of improvement. We will be seeing some changes in the BizTown training as a result. The welcome letter has been created and is being used when possible. Refer to the graph(s) on the next slide.
