Schools & Youth Structure Advisory Group Implementation Plan

Structure as approved by Scottish Rugby Board & Council Continue with the National Youth League Forum and the National Schools Forum but change membership to more effectively represent the new playing structure Establish a National Schools and Youth Advisory Forum from the Schools Group and Club Youth Group to advise on Schools and Youth policy Create integrated sub groups from these forums, staff, and appropriate co-opted expertise to look at key policy areas/issues within the Schools and Youth area.
