CCIT Issues Sometime between February and March 26, something changed in their environment/infrastructure What we suspect was a change in some fashion to the email forwarding tool This caused multiple users (over 150) that didn’t have an active Exchange account to receive one, which caused email from Exchange to stay on Exchange
Exchange doesn’t really forward The way CCIT has configured Exchange, you can’t put a “.forward” in place Critical emails were not being seen by our faculty
How to Keep this from Repeating Provision an Exchange account and check it with whatever frequency you need/desire Google will allow you to check Exchange from within Gmail Provision your phone to check it as another email box
