Certificate III Fitness PTE Classes Gym Instruction (MO) Gym Safety (MO) Older adults (MO) Exercise Science (JC) Nutrition (JC) Sport & Recreation Services (JC) Group Exercise (JB) First Aid

Certificate III in Fitness Assessment information – individual Class teachers will go through individual subject assessment & class requirements on your first lesson/s

NO TOWEL, SHOES or SCREEN = NO ENTRY!!! Fitness Facilities Gym & Aerobics room entry requires you to: Bring & use a TOWEL (to wipe off your sweat) Wear appropriate leather-covered rubber-soled SHOES (to protect your feet & self) Wear appropriate clothing – no jeans Have completed a medical screen & other relevant paperwork NOTE: At anytime and in any class you may need to use the gym…so EVERYDAY Ensure you have these things NO TOWEL, SHOES or SCREEN = NO ENTRY!!!
