Case Studies-Claro Claro: communication and visibility of a company among multiple segments Claro is the leading telecommunications company in Argentina with more than 20 million customers. In terms of communications, its biggest challenge is to interact and generate contents for a wide variety of media and journalists, going from Economics and Business sections, and Technology and Telecommunications, to Sports, Society, and Shows and Art. This multiplicity of audiences requires tailoring messages and shaping tones. In this sense, we achieved a high brand exposure in the various campaigns and PR activities. Moreover, since it is a service business with social impact, part of the work focuses on monitoring and identifying potential conflicts with users and communities.

Case Studies-BRF BRF arrives in Argentina BRF is the largest food processing company in Latin America and one of the five largest food companies in the world. In 2010, Muchnik.co designed and coordinated the communication program for its arrival in Argentina. The initiative included a multi- events strategy, diffussion campaigns, relations strategies and the development of communication material, among others.

Case Studies-L’Oréal L’Oréal Beauty Report L'Oréal Paris Argentina and Muchnik.co worked on the development of a new communication channel: the platform of all his knowledge and expertise in beauty, called Beauty Report. This is an editorial project, through which the brand communicates the latest beauty trends every season. We collaborate to capitalize L'Oréal Paris Argentina’s information on the latest trends in beauty, that position as an industry leader. The Beauty Report is now the new media of consultation and inspiration on the latest trends in make up, skin care, and hair coloring. Nowadays, Beauty Report is distributed among key influencers of Argentina, publishers, journalists and producers of fashion and beauty. Also included as advertorials in key media, women's magazines and national newspapers.

Case Studies-Logitech Logitech's positioning and relaunch Logitech is the world's leading peripherals manufacturer. Founded in Switzerland in 1981, its products stand out for innovation, quality and design in the competitive technological area. The first objective of the communication actions in Argentina was to relaunch the brand after years of absence in the local market. A regional event for journalists and customers from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay was held in the Rubbers Art Gallery and it was attended by over 120 participants. The results were conclusive: wide media coverage was achieved, with special focus on the areas of technology, the trade channel publications and gaming. After the kickoff, the press actions continued their course, mainly aimed at product testing and communication.

Case Studies-PwC PricewaterhouseCoopers Argentina Corporate Presentation PwC SDC Argentina is a joint-venture of PwC USA and PwC Argentina. It is a specialized Service Delivery Center that was entrusted with a number of tasks and services because of its advantage of availability of human resources, technology and specific expertise. Since it operates as an internal supplier of PwC offices around the world, one of the main challenges of this center was to position itself as a good option for more mature markets. We prepared a script and designed a high-impact presentation, keeping a perfect balance between the visual and editorial content to present PwC SDC Argentina as an ideal partner for business development, with its people as the main asset: "The perfect team for the job". Finally, we trained the company's spokesperson to guarantee success in his meetings.
