Services We Provide For Practices: For Primary Care Clinicians: Share candidate profiles (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) NEW: just approved -- dentists Community Practice Incentive For Primary Care Clinicians: Database of Available Opportunities Stipends & Incentives Rural Rotations Webinars & Presentations on Rural Healthcare Opportunities High School Health Science Students Programs: Educational opportunities and scholarships to encourage students to pursue rural health careers

Stipend & Incentives Medical Residents Stipend Program NP/PA Incentive Program Community Incentive Program

TRP Incentives TRP Residency Stipend NP/PA Incentive Amount $35,000 per year for length of residency (maximum 4 years) Eligibility U.S. Citizen/National Primary Care Resident (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, IM/PEDs, OB/GYN) Connection to rural and Tennessee Service Commitment Approved Site (must take TennCare) Practice in approved rural or underserved site for minimum of three years How Awards are Determined Competitive application process with emphasis on connection to rural/underserved populations The number of awards will vary each year depending upon available funding and the number of applicants. Application Deadline November 1 Amount Maximum possible - $17,500 + rural rotation expenses Eligibility First-year nurse practitioner students in accredited Tennessee nursing program who have received their registered nurse (RN) license. First-year physician assistant students studying in an accredited Tennessee program Process Complete rural rotation (TRP will pay up to 30 days for 1 rotation) Practice at TRP-approved rural site for 1-yr ($7,500 at end of year) Remain at practice site for 2nd yr ($10,000 at year end) Application Deadline June 1 or November 1

TRP Incentives Community Incentive Program Description To help rural communities offer monetary incentives to experienced primary care physicians and PsychNPs – sign-on bonus, enhancement of benefits, etc. Up to $30,000 available. Eligibility Recruiting provider for 2 or more years OR proof of immediate need Site & provider must take TennCare patients Job profile in TRP Database Provider Requirement Board certified and practicing at least 12 months Agree to practice full-time at the site for minimum of 2 years Permanent, unrestricted TN medical license Community Incentive
