What's going on in your head? Dreams What's going on in your head?

What Do Dreams Mean? Depending on what dream you have there isn’t a specific reason for your dreams occurrence. Your dreams reflect on what your subconscious is thinking. Ok so I know what you’re thinking… “Hold on Frankie. I am not thinking of becoming a total internet sensation so, why am I thinking about this?” you say. Well I say this! You may not be thinking of these things consciously but, you have hundreds and thousands of memories and thoughts, thoughts that you just store back in a little folder at the back of head that you may not really pay attention to. When you are sleeping your subconscious’ thoughts turn into dreams and night mares. So please, don’t watch any scary movies that you think will haunt you in haunt you in your sleep. What do dreams Mean Page 1…

Your Subconscious Is . . . Your subconscious is a part of your mind that is not aware of things consciously… which means that your mind is not aware of things when you are awake. When you are sleep some of those thoughts/ emotions come out and they may even represent a dream. Your subconscious influences the part of your brain that is not awake and controls your dreams when you sleep. Throughout the day you have thosands of thoughts. Some of those thoughts create a dream. Your dreams are generally based on your emotions and they create the dream that are a lot of the time metaphorical. Definition Of or concerning the mind of which one is not fully aware but influences ones actions and feelings.

Definitions: Types of Dreams Ok so, you do have lots of different types of dreams and some are specific, so I am going narrow them down to some dreams that have a specific reason. Death Dreams about death are common and can be a bit disturbing in every day life. However, it is best not to take dreams literally because they are just another nightmare that may not be pleasant, but it is just a dream. Falling Falling may be a bit disturbing and send butterflies fluttering through your tummy but, falling represents that you have little control or that you have lack of support in your body. I can represent as though you are free falling. Graves So say there is a couple walking through a grave yard and the dreamer sees their name on a graveyard. This represents the end of something. This dream will usually occur when a couple has broken up. Prison Being in a prison can mean a lot of things. There might something that is punishing you, it may be guilt. Or is there something that makes you feel trapped? Maybe try to consider thinking about this and try and prevent these feelings.

Dreams Cars Darkness Fences Gates Teeth Dreams about cars generally represents an aspect on your life’s journey Darkness Darkness in dreams or lack of light in your dreams, may indicate the dreamer is experiencing a dark, heavy mood. A solution for this is social interaction. Fences Dreams about fences may indicate that the dreamer is experiencing some boundaries in their waking life. Gates If you are walking and come up to a gate and it opens it may mean that you are walking on a new path in your life, especially when you are a young adult Teeth Teeth may not relate at all to your dental…but may relate to communication issues

Types of Dreams Snakes Spiders Snakes are a symbol of healing. Snakes shed their skin right? Right. Well this means your are getting rid of all those bad memories. Spiders Some people think spiders are scary and creepy. Spiders are a symbol of something that you are afraid of.

Facts Did You Know Did you know that you are temporarily paralysed while you are sleeping? Did you know that babies don’t dream about themselves until the age of 3? Did you know that you have about 8-7 dreams in your sleep but you only remember about 1-3? Did you know that visually impaired people dream too? Children have more nightmares than adults. You have the power to control your dreams. Dreaming about fish may indicate that you or someone you know is pregnant. It takes the typical person to fall asleep in seven minutes. Most of your dreams are in the morning. The strangers that you see in your dream have actually seen you in real life! Legend has it, that when you are asleep at night it is because you are in someone else's dream. When someone misses you there is an 80% chance that you will dream about them. Apparently people who hang around the sun become happier and the happier they are the more likely they are to fall in love. This is because someone else’s happiness makes other people happy. This thrives of your sleep.

Images Of Dream Quotes When you dream

Recommendations I have some recommendations. These are as follows: I strongly recommend keeping a dream journal next to your bed, insuring that you write the date of the day/night you have your dream. This is so cool to look back on and maybe if you go to the websites I recommended, you may relate to the dream type and do something that you could stop, for example, stress over. If your dreams really do affect you I also recommend going to see a phycologist. Please be aware that dreams are not a telling of the future and to just take them as a little movie in your sleep.
