Co ordinator attends HfL Healthy Schools launch Share information back at school with all staff and governors Form working party Working party undertakes the self evaluation process and creates an Action Plan (Submit to Healthy Schools Team within first term) Working party delivers and monitors the Action Plan School works to complete all the actions on the Action Plan School self evaluates and grades itself as at least established in 4 themes (status) or enhanced (enhanced status) School re submits its self evaluation and review tool to the Healthy Schools team. Action plan completed with impact evidence. Team evaluates Healthy Schools journey and either asks for additional evidence or awards status. Logo and certificate sent to school School completes Case study and this is celebrated on website
