Tower Block Redevelopment A developer has bought the freehold of three tower blocks that where previously owned by the council and rented as low income housing. In the grounds of one of the tower blocks is youth club that is very attended. The developer is proposing to demolish the tower blocks and replace them with one large apartment block.
