Nuclear Bombs By: Ashley Landue

They’re weapons of mass destruction. What are they? A bomb whose force is due to uncontrolled nuclear fusion or nuclear fission They’re weapons of mass destruction.

What’s needed to make a bomb?  Plutonium Uranium

Who invented the nuclear bomb? Ernest Rutherford in 1919 In 1932 Sir John Cockcroft and Ernest Walton were the 1st to cause a nuclear reaction. Enrico Fermi was the first to fission uranium.

Atomic Bombs First Atomic bomb was made at the end of the WW2. 26,000 atomic bombs have been made by various countries

Pros & Cons Pros: They can help with defending your country Nobody can predict how much dangerous the world will become when there would be no nuclear bombs Cons: Use of nuclear weapons is immoral More the number of nuclear weapons made, more are the risks it poses to human life.
