Den building challenge Pupils across phase 1 and 2 took part in a Den Building Challenge to earn their CREST Discovery award. This is one of the presentations they produced and then presented to the other groups. Enjoy!

Team Working We worked as a team to collect the equipment.

Helping each other The team helped each other holding up the structure.

Communication We worked together to build the structure and communicated really well.

Collaboration Daniel was helping Bryan tie the zipties. Team Effort Independence

Attaching the Structure together We tied the zip ties round the bamboo to attach the bamboo together. Team Effort

Problem Solving Our den had a few problems and the structure was wobbly. Our team worked Together to add to it to make it stronger.

Building the roof Oliver Gibb and Oliver Murphy worked together building the roof and lifting it on top of the structure.

Testing the den We tested our den by someone throwing a bucket Of water at it to see if it was waterproof. We did a good job we did not get very wet.
