Binder Contents: Pencil pouch, agenda, folder Agenda-each morning homework is recorded in specified sections, each afternoon behavior is recorded, each night reading minutes are recorded & homework is completed Each morning I will check for homework to be done Troubles with homework? Come to me, don’t get caught in a power struggle Used also as a communication tool (LUNCH MONEY PUT IN Labeled BAGGIE/IN FOLDER)

Graded papers Every Friday your students graded work will go home in their binders located in the mailbox/folder area Make sure to review the work with your child and praise them for their efforts and discuss ways they may improve their work On informal practice work you may see a plus, check, or minus (meanings) If there is pen work on the paper that means me and your student had the chance to meet and discuss!

Homework UPLOADED TO OUR WEBSITE- if your student needs printed homework that will be given out on Monday Each night/week -4 math word problems due Friday! be printed then worked on/copied down on paper) -20 minutes of reading recorded on their reading wall sheet -reading wall sheet must be signed when completed and returned by the due date(uploaded to our website if lost) -there are extra opportunities take advantage of all our district has to offer 

3 B’s Create lists of expectations- always referring back to the 3 B’s Clip Chart is used by one warning given, after that is when movement will begin it is an individual journey for each student Being on “ready to learn” is GREAT! If your student does have an off day and receives a parent contact I will highlight the behavior recorded in their agenda and send it home to require a signature
