This study is conducted to explore the TQM implementation in construction project process. Problem statement The application of TQM can varies of expertise from business to business. Project Managers will become the backbone in TQM implementation However, not all Project managers do the same strategy in TQM implementation.

Significances of study Objectives To find out what are the roles of project manager in TQM best practice on construction project process. To explore the benefits of TQM implementation in construction project process. To investigate the best ways to improve TQM in construction project process.
