Building the Future…

Who are Live Verde? Live Verde is the Welink Group’s UK modular housing platform and offers innovative housing solutions, helping to address the UK’s housing needs. Our strengths lie in the construction methodology, energy solutions, and strategic financial investment. Our first joint venture, Live Verde North West was created in December 2016, following a £2.5billion deal between WElink Group, an international provider of renewable/solar energy and low-carbon construction solutions with extensive experience of solar project development around the world. CNBM, the largest construction materials group in the world – no 1 in glass, cement, gypsum manufacture and a leader in steel, wood and composites. They have total assets in excess of $85billion Your Housing Group, one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations, with over 20 years experience of housing management and operations and with an asset base of over 34,000 properties across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands. The Welink Group will create six manufacturing factories across the UK and it is anticipated that 4,000 homes will be built from each factory, creating new employment opportunities and addressing the skills shortage within the sector

How will we solve the UK housing crisis? By responding to the Government’s White Paper and changing attitude to housing delivery to stimulate more supply Understanding the challenges which UK Housing Associations are facing Driving down costs to create flexible tenures Providing an attractive funding solution Industrialisation of housing supply is the only solution! Car manufacturing vs housebuilding!

Our approach is simple… Multi-tenure Off-site production Use of local materials and labour Speed of construction Building on scale Energy efficiency Tackling the skills shortage within traditional construction Employment opportunities Construction cost reduction

We can solve all your housing requirements…. Our housing solution isn’t just about the houses, it is a holistic approach to the whole community Live Verde's primary focus is to explore partnerships and joint venture possibilities across the UK. We are looking to work closely with Local Authorities, other Housing Associations and land owners to address the UK's housing deficit head-on with our innovative modular housing solution. To deploy our innovative funding solution to be able to deliver to scale
