Altar Competition Multicultural Club Students will meet in room 302 to prepare for the Altar competition. We will meet on Wednesday, October 12th. Altars will be displayed at the Levine Museum of the New South.

Band The Jay M. Robinson Band attended the Chase High School Trojan Tournament on 10/8 and came back with the following awards: 2nd place 3AA Music, Marching, General Effect, Drum Major, Percussion and Color Guard 2nd place overall for the day (out of 15 bands) Superior Rating

Booster Club Fundraiser Come eat at Zaxby’s in Harrisburg on Wednesday, October 12th. Tell Zaxby's that they are with J. M. Robinson and our Athletics Booster will get a cut of the profits!

Canned Food Drive There will be a school wide canned food drive. The second period with the most cans gets donuts. This collection lasts until October 26th.

Hispanic Heritage Dinner Celebrating Diversity and Multiculturalism in our community come to celebrate with us our Hispanic Heritage month. This event is open to all at the cafeteria on October 27th from 5-8 for 5 dollars.

Reading…It’s not a trick it’s a treat! Media Center Reading…It’s not a trick it’s a treat! This program runs October 3 - 31st. Each time a student checks out a book they can enter for their name for gift cards. Returning the book with a completed rate sheet gives them additional entries. Drawings will be held on October 14th and 31st.

We are hosting a School Fair on October 18th, from 5:30-7:30. There will be representatives from all of our magnet schools and academies including: International Baccalaureate, STEM, Language Immersion, Early College, and Year Round Schools.   Rising high school students also can learn about our National Academy Foundation-certified programs.
