Instructions to Add your my Black Hawk email to Gmail app on mobile devices
Please Note: Students will need to have already logged into the myBH portal beforehand The process described in following slides will likely be slightly different for each Device and Operating System
1st Open the Gmail app and Navigate to App Settings
2nd Select “Add account” and then specify as a Google account Once Google account setup is selected, it could take a minute to load
3rd Confirm your device login, & Enter your FULL myBlackhawk email address, Confirm your Device login code (same PIN or Pattern to unlock phone) Example: student2@mymail.bhc.edu You may need to specify that it is an “Existing Account” You maybe prompted to agree to policies
4th Confirm myBH login From the Gmail app, you will be redirected to log into myBlackhawk with regular credentials (username & password)
5th Completion When configuration is completed, your myBlackhawk email account will be listed along with current email accounts setup in Gmail Now, you can manage (compose, reply, delete, …) emails, which will be synch’d with your myBlackhawk portal email tool.
