THE SILVER LINING MORE WOMEN ARE ACCESSING SERVICES OPPORTUNITIES HAVE INCREASED RISING NUMBER OF PROFESSIONALS VISIBILITY IS RISING

DISABILITY NGOs MORE OPEN AND SENSITIVE PARENTS ARE MORE PROACTIVE WOMEN MORE AWARE & VIGILANT ABOUT RIGHTS
